Show Them Your Love
'Show them your Love' was an opportunity for those in Dubai and the wider Emirates to come together and show their support for those less fortunate in the community.
On February 14, 2008, a night of fun and laughter was held with the greater objective being to raise money for two very worthwhile charities: The Fred Hollows Foundation and The Little Wings Foundation.
Over 150 people came together at the Four Seasons Golf Club, Festival City in Dubai to do something different for Valentine's Day, and show their love to those who really need it - in this case - those who suffer from avoidable blindness.
The night was a great success, raising $8000 for The Fred Hollows Foundation, helping to restore sight, dignity and independence.
The Foundation is extremely grateful for this support, and we would like to thank all those involved in organising the event, the attendees, and those who made an in-kind or regular donation.
